Let me introduce myself… Currently I am a:

  • director of and working for CaPa Creative Ltd as an Office 365 and SharePoint trainer and project management consultant
  • volunteer web editor for National Autistic Society Avon branch, and School Governor at Redfield Edge Primary School
  • mum to two gorgeous boys, 6 and 3 years old, and wife to business partner Paul Bullock

I’m a Professional with extensive career experience in project management, support and IT training reinforced by qualifications and knowledge of public and private sector organisations. Thrives on variety and challenge, proactively seeks business developments whilst ensuring smooth operational running. Enjoys working in a multi-agency environment, communicates easily and uses a collaborative approach. Passionate about helping people.

Specialities: Management, planning, organisation, coordination, leading, supporting and training teams throughout whole project life cycle. PRINCE2 practitioner, excellent communicator, stakeholder manager, collaborator. Financial analysis and budget management, risk and issue mitigation, change request management, quality documentation, presentations and training.

I am passionate about collaboration and efficiency. I don’t do things because ‘we always have’ or even ‘that’s what we are supposed to do’ – I want to get the job done effectively, simply and with a little joy along the way. I’m hard working, approachable and do whatever I can to support the individual grow and become confident in achieving the best they can. I am hands-on in my training delivery and tailor it to best-suit the person or team in the room.
